Returns Policy
A full 100% refund will be provided should you change your mind with no questions asked, provided the goods are returned to our warehouse, in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase. You will be fully refunded once we receive the goods. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable. However, should you receive faulty goods, please let us know immediately and we will organise to have them replaced with no extra delivery charges.
Faulty goods need to be returned to the warehouse within 14 days of purchase. Once received we will refund the return postage cost.
Privacy
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers or in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised using secure encryption.
Delivery Times
We aim to process your order within 1 business day following payment of cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been sent. All goods are dispatched via Track & Trace courier. Please allow up to 3 working days domestically and up to 7 working days internationally. If Rural, please allow 2 extra days delivery. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
